Mattress Warranty Inspection Form

Your continued comfort is important to us!

We are happy to open a warranty claim on your behalf with the manufacturer of your bed. You have the responsibility to familiarize yourself with the manufacturers’ warranty, as outlined in the warranty card that accompanied the unit when it was purchased. If your mattress qualifies for a warranty inspection, we will cover the fee for your first inspection! Any additional inspections incur a $50.00 fee. If the mattress is found to be defective we will refund your inspection fee.

Sleep Country offers a 100 day comfort guarantee should you be dissatisfied with the comfort of your original selection. This is clearly displayed in all our stores and point-of-sale materials. We have no warranties, written or implied, beyond the first 100 days. Beyond that 100-day period, the products we sell are covered by national manufacturer’s warranties, which range from 1 year to 20 years, depending on the product purchased. The manufacturers set the guidelines for warranty coverage by their limited warranty.

Additional warranty requirements

Stains and soils will void the warranty.

Simmons, Sealy, Serta, and Stearns & Foster all reserve the right to refuse warranty service (exchange or repair) when a product is found to be soiled, stained or in any other way damaged. The size and composition of the stain is irrelevant in this issue. If there is a stain on your mattress, and you purchased fabric protection, contact the company who warrants that protection.

  • Warranties do not cover comfort issues. They are designed to protect the consumer from manufacturing defects.
  • Warranties do not cover damage caused in the consumer’s home.
  • If your bed has a prorated warranty, expect to pay a prorated use-charge.
