If you find a lower price within 100 days of your purchase, we will match the competitor’s price.

Delivery Policy

With Sleep Country, you can enjoy free delivery of your purchase anywhere in the continental U.S. Our delivery team will deliver and set up your new mattress within 1-4 weeks of the earliest date you are available to receive your product. You will be contacted within 3 weeks of your order to schedule a delivery time. Someone over 18 must be present to accept any mattress or furniture delivery.

All deliveries include set up in the room of your choice (including up to 2 flights of stairs), removal of packaging and the removal of one mattress set. Further accommodations can be requested at the time of delivery for additional fees. If you miss your agreed upon delivery time, you will be charged a $99 redelivery fee.

Exchange Policy Mattresses & Furniture

Your new mattress will take a little time to break in, so we ask that you sleep on it for at least 60 days to ensure the padding settles properly and your body is able to adjust to the feel of the new mattress.

In order to facilitate this important step worry-free, Sleep Country offers a one-time exchange within 100 days of delivery. If your first selection is not the right fit, we will exchange it for another set of the same size within 100 days of your delivery. There is a $99 processing fee to exchange the mattress. If you choose a more expensive mattress, you will be charged the difference. There will be an additional $99 processing fee if you need to exchange a foundation or boxspring.

Please note: We do not offer refunds or returns for out of market customers. If you exchange your mattress for one at a lower cost, you will not receive a refund for the price difference. Exchanges for the size or height of a foundation or boxspring are not accepted.

Stained, damaged, clearance, closeout, “AS IS”, and special order products are not covered by the 100-day Satisfaction Guarantee. On all mattresses, the manufacturer’s law label must remain intact and sewn into its original position to qualify for any exchange.

Exchange & Return Policy Bedding & Linens

All linens and bedding are returnable for a refund within 30 days of delivery. They must be in their original packaging including all literature and parts. A 17% restocking fee plus the round trip delivery charges will be deducted from the final refund. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days from receiving the returned items.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it without any additional charge or obligation.

After 48 hours, you will be charged a 2% cancellation fee if your product has not been shipped. If the product is already in transit but not delivered, there will be a 15% cancellation fee and you will be charged for all shipping charges.

If delivery is attempted but not accepted, no refunds will be permitted.

For linens and bedding, you may cancel your order within 48 hours at no charge or before shipping. After an item has been delivered, the return policy applies.

Refund Policy

Approved refunds will be processed only after all products are returned to Sleep Country.

Debit Card Refunds: All debit transactions will be refunded by check within 10 business days.

Credit Card Refunds: All credit card refunds will be processed on the day that your purchase is picked up or returned. Check refunds cannot be issued for credit card sales. Credit to your account may take 10 business days.

Finance Refunds: Finance accounts will be refunded within 10 business days.

Check Refunds: All approved refunds will be mailed directly to you within 10 business days after your check has cleared the bank.

Cash Refunds: Due to the limited amount of cash our stores keep on the premises, we regret we are unable to issue any refunds in cash. Sales paid by cash will be refunded by check within 10 business days of refund approval.

With over 80 locations throughout California, Sleep Country has the buying power to save you money! If you should find a comparable mattress at a lower price within 100 days of your purchase, Sleep Country will beat that price by 5% and promptly refund the difference.

Delivery Policy

Purchase any in-stock item by 2 pm, and our professional red carpet delivery team will deliver your mattress for free the same day. Our delivery team will remove your old mattress and set up your new one for free. Someone over 18 must be present to accept any mattress or furniture delivery. Delivery service is available 7 days a week.

Exchange & Return Policy

No one has a better money back satisfaction guarantee! If within 100 days after your delivery, you are not completely satisfied with the comfort of your new mattress, you can exchange your original purchase once for another selection or receive a full refund… no questions asked. Simply sleep on your mattress for at least 60 days to ensure that the padding settles properly and your body has the time to adjust to the feel of your new mattress.
